Powertec/Quaife Gear Drive System

The Powertec/Quaife gear-drive system is suitable for use with most super-bike engines. Power is transmitted directly from the output shaft via a unique cushion drive coupling. Drive is then taken through a pair of quick-change reduction gears to the Quaife ATB differential. Reverse drive is acheived via an intergral reverse gear system that is activated by a push-pull cable.This system is now used in various types of vehicles; from road use to motor sport, from trikes to rally cars.
